BOTTLED WATER NEEDED FOR CAMP
HELLO–
In the past Crescendo Club has provided bottled water for camp to insure the kids stay hydrated and that we have the same water for all EFHS campers. I need CC parents to get water TODAY :) so it will be packed on the bus TOMORROW ![]()

We need parent volunteers to help come sell tickets ahead of time Thurs. and Friday at Edsel. Tickets are $15 for 2 games, which includes shoes. Bowling is THIS FRIDAY at Oxford Lanes at 9 pm.

ORDER SCRIP!!! The 2nd round of order forms for the Scrip Fundraiser have gone out to the music students in class. If you did not receive one, please see Mrs. V or Mr. Doyle. This order is due Feb. 6th.

Thanks to all who donated items for the fall concert baskets…it was a great success!
- Please encourage your students to take advantage of the Candle Fundraiser! Everything they earn goes directly into their account! Remember, they make great gifts! The inital deadline for turning order in has past, but if you contact Cindy Kalandek she would be happy to set up a candle party at your home to help facilitate orders. She will be set up at the Dec. 12th Winter Concert–those sales will go directly into our “Florida Trip money” which is to help offset the cost of the trip for the students.
- “SCRIP” Fundraiser information has been passed out and explained to students. Orders are due NO LATER THAN Dec.6th so the gift cards can be ordered and returned to you before the winter break. - No Crescendo Club meeting in December
- We will be raffling off 2 baskets at the Winter Concert on December 12th. One will be a “kid/student” basket and the other will be an “adult/big kid” basket. Please be generous again and donate to either one or both. We will
accept both edible and non-edible gift items. Remember us as you start your holiday shopping! You may turn in items to Caryn Archer, (271-2368 or 399-4827) Mrs. V or Mr. Doyle.
We need parents to assist with the Little Shop of Horrors Cast potluck that takes place on Sat. Dec. 8th between the two shows and tickets sales before each show. Please contact Caryn Archer, Mary Cameron, or Mrs. Timpf for details.

Hello–
- We are still in need of donations for the Fall Fest basket. PLEASE bring items to Mrs. V or Mrs. Archer ASAP!
- Cresc. Club memberships will be available at both upcoming concerts–$5 per family
- We will be raffling off a basket of various “goodies” at the Fall Fest Concert. Tickets will be $1.00 and sold before the concert and at intermission. The winner will be announced before the final music selection is performed
- We will have Chamber String Ensemble shirts (NEW design!) available for order at $11 per shirt.
- We will also have Marching Thunderbird shirts (NEW design!) available for order at $11 per shirt.
- All past season/department shirts will also be available for purchase in a variety of sizes, but limited quantities!
- The Music Department Shirts will be on sale for $10–past season shirts for Marching Band, Orchestra, and Jazz will be ONLY $5!
- We have the potential to order pullover black fleece jackets (current design is for the Marching Thunderbirds, but could be designed for the music department as a whole). The price will be $35-$45 approximately. Please sign up if interested in fleece at the “Apparel Table” at the Fall Fest Concert.
- We are in need of a parent volunteer just to man the “Apparel Table” before, during, and after the Fall Fest Concert–PLEASE email Mrs. V if you are available!

WE NEED YOU! Involved Parents are a HUGE component of the success of the Music Department; if you are a parent of a 9-11 grader, please get inolved in the Instrumental or Vocal Departments! Both departments this year have quite a few senior parent volunteers that will be leaving after this school year. There are a variety of ways to support the departments even if the Tues. evening Cresc. Club meetings happen to be a conflict for you. Calling for Donations!
Cresc. Club puts together baskets that are raffled off at each of the concerts in both the Instrumental and Vocal departments. Please bring in nice, small items to put in each of the baskets for this fall. Caryn Archer needs donations for the Fall Fest Concert by TUES. Oct. 23rd, and donations for the Autumn Song Concert by MON. Oct. 29th. You can turn the CLEARLY marked items for baskets in to Mrs. V or Mr. Doyle.
