Hello–

We are in need of help transporting equipment when the Chamber String Ensemble plays at the Berry center TOMORROW  Thurs. 11/20.  You would need to meet at Edsel at 5:20 to load equipment to take up to the event.  I would also need it transported back to Edsel about 7:30

Hello–

We are in need of parents to help and supervise student painters for the Les Mis set from 2:20-3:20 all next week (beginning 11/17)

Due to a cut in funding students that are attending the MSU field trip on Thurs. Oct. 30th will need to pay $10 to help offset the bus cost.  They will also need to bring extra money for lunch and dinner.  I already have 2 adults that agreed to be chaperones–THANKS!!!  The money needs to be turned in no later than MONDAY Oct. 27th.

Hello–

Mrs. V is in need of two parents to help with transportation to Saline HS the morning of Nov. 1st. for All-State auditions.  At this point we need to transport 9 students.  We would need to leave the Dearborn area no later than 6:30 and be available to bring them back around noon.

I need parents to go with us on the field trip on Thurs. Oct. 30th.  If you could be at Edsel by 10:15 am and ride on the bus(es) with us.  We will be returning between 8:30 and 9:00 pm.  Please let Mrs. V know!!!

Much to my dismay, the Mrs. V’s blog is not able to receive additional postings at the moment, but the Cresc. Club one is working…(go figure??!!!) I have tried several times and nothing is working–all of the other blogs I manage are working except the one I desparately need right this moment!!  The permission slip for tomorrow is below–please click on the link:

Hello–

We need assistance with feeding the students on MONDAY for Marching Festival.  If parents could please do the following:

1) Donate a pizza for students (Dino’s gives a $5 deal for the band or Little Caesar’s pizzas are $5)–We need a total of at least 10 pizzas–Pepperoni & Cheese

2) Donate paper products–we are in need of paper plates and napkins

3) Donate water bottles for the meal & to take on the trip to festival

3) Come up to school and assist in distribution of uniforms and food–we need to serve food at 2:15 pm–they need to be dressing at 3 pm

Hello–

We are in need of parents to help assist with equipment and chaperoning for the Chelsea High School Marching Invitational.  It is Wed. Sept 24th–We are leaving Edsel at 4 pm.  I need the following assistance:

Wed. @ 2:00 pm–bring food for pot luck to feed the marching band

Wed. @ 3:30 pm–assist with loading students and equipment on buses

Wed. @ CHS–monitor students and need parent help with Pit Percussion Instruments.
