Reading: We will continue to implement the Daily Five components for our Literacy block . We are building stamina with word work, listen to reading, read to self, work on writing, and read to someone. Make sure your child reads for 30 minutes every day.
Spelling: Make sure your child practices the spelling words for the test on Friday.The words are: angry,animal,another,answer,ant,any,anything,apple,are,arm. Math: We will be working on unit four . It will be about Multiplication Arrays and number stories.Social Studies:We will start unit 10. It will be about Michigan’s Government.
Science: We will start chapter one about how living things are alike.
Homework:
Monday – Practice spelling words five times, Reading Log, and Homelink.
Tuesday – Use spelling words in a sentence, Reading Log, and Homelink.
Wednesday – Practice spelling words five times again, Reading Log, and Homelink.
Thursday – Homelink and Reading Log.
Reminders:I noticed that most of my students sleep at 10:00 or 11:00 O’clock.They should be in bed by 8:00
Please make sure you visit the library with your child and read, read, read.
