READING – We will learn how to tune into interesting words.
SPELLING: The words for this week are: bird, doll, hand, picture, top, birthday, door, head, pig, and toy. Our test will be on Friday.
WRITING: We will begin our writing about integrity.
MATH - We will learn about measuring , perimeters and areas.
SCIENCE – We will learn about natural resources, renewable and nonrenewable resources.
SOCIAL STUDIES - We will learn about Eupropeans arriving in North America.
HOMEWORK -
Monday: Math addition and subtraction worksheet, read for 20 minutes and write each spelling word five times.
Tuesday: Math home link 3.2, write the definition for each spelling word and read for 20 minutes.
Wednesday: Math homelink 3.3, write each spelling word in a sentence and read for 20 minutes.
Thursday: Math home link 3.4, draw and color a picture for each spelling word, and read for 20 minutes.
Friday: Math homelink 3.5, and read for 20 minutes.
