4/3 World Religions Group Activity & Upcoming Quiz
ABOVE ARE SYMBOLS OF MANY OF THE WORLD RELIGONS.
Today in class we focused more on the 5 major world religions. I told the class that on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9TH THEY WILL HAVE A WORLD RELIGIONS QUIZ. The quiz essay question is, “State similarities and differences between Hinduism and Buddhism.” They received a study guide and used that, along with the two articles to fill in a World Religions chart as a group. The groups worked so well together. I was thrilled.
Tomorrow we will go over the chart as a class in order to clear up any and all misconceptions. Make sure to study for at least 15 minutes every day before the quiz.
LAW DAY ESSAY ROUGH DRAFT DUE MONDAY, APRIL 7TH. Monday will be a peer editing day. Make sure to bring in your rough draft so your classmates can help you improve on your existing work! TOPIC: If we believe so strongly in freedom, why do we need laws? REMEMBER: At least 3 paragraphs, 5-7 sentences, use supporting details, due April 10th (April 8th for extra credit) .
