Way to go Giants! Not that I really cared who won I just like to watch the commercials & half time show. lol!
I wanted to give everyone an update on Willem. He will be returning to school Tues. & this week he will only be coming to school in the mornings as his mom says he is still pretty tired in the afternoons. The kids have been very concerned about him & are anxiously awaiting his return to school!

Tues. is the deadline for all donations for the Kindergarten Raffle Basket for Book Bingo Friday Feb. 10. We’ve only received a few items. We are looking for things like sidewalk chalk, bubbles, balls, kites, and sand toys etc… Each grade is making a basket to raffle off to raise money for the pta & to help cover the cost involved to have book bingo. There are also containers to place book donations in for that night.
Fri. Feb. 10 is Book Bingo. Our Scholastic Book Fair is also starting that day.
Tues. Feb. 14 is our Friendship Party from 2:15-3:15
Wed. Feb. 15 is our day to shop at the Book Fair at 9:35. It is also our late start day so if any parents are available to stay & help us shop we can use you for about an hour.
Feb. 20-24 there is NO SCHOOL!
Due to the school wide book fair I will not be sending home book orders this week. If your child did not bring home their Feb. Homework/Book It Calendar let me know & I will send home another.
Your child will be bringing home a 3×5 card with their spelling word on it. They need to practice reading, writing & spelling it. Once they can do all three, please send the card back in & I will test them on it & assign them a new word.
